The 4^th International Symposium on the Tibetan Plateau

The organizers of the 4th International Symposium on the Tibetan Plateau have decided, after the consulation among the partners, to publish the full proceedings for this symposium. People who had reported their research achievements during the symposium are expected to contribute their manuscripts for completely publishing. The necessary reviewing for the manuscripts is needed. The deadline for the receiving of the manuscripts is December 31, 2004. The proceedings will be published within 2005.
